• Shipment processing time:  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there is a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.
• Shipping rates & delivery estimates:  Shipping charges will be shown at checkout, except for customers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• For San Francisco Bay Area customers, we offer free curbside pickup and free delivery within the nine counties of the Bay Area: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma. Once we receive your order, we will email you to arrange free delivery. Furthermore, if you need to return the item, we will also provide free pickup. • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that certain factors beyond our control, such as inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, etc., may cause delivery delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
• Shipping Damages: Each product is thoroughly inspected at our facility and again prior to shipping to ensure there are no damages. We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please ensure that you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase, in its original undamaged condition without any signs of wear.
• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.
• Refunds are not applicable if the product is damaged due to installation, improper maintenance, or storage, or if the return is initiated after the 30-day period.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please email us at info@spacesymphony.net promptly. A full refund will be issued if the product has not yet shipped. However, if the product is already in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible. When returning merchandise, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, the cost of shipping will also be deducted from your refund. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy. 

 

Return & Exchange:

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please inform us. Our Returns Policy allows you to return the purchased merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided you have a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include any accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the refund or exchange process. We will provide guidance on shipping the product back to us. Please note that we do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty. For exchanges, we only replace defective products. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@spacesymphony.net. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change our returns/refund/exchange policy without prior notice.
